The price of a Block is determined on the type of Block and number of Blocks you purchase. For example our Scope Block is priced the lowest at only $30, where as our single standard Block costs $60. We have several of Block options to choose from. The more you buy, the more you save.
Yes. Your Blocks will expire after a 6 month period from the time your first project starts.
No, you may use your Blocks however you wish. You can use 40 Blocks per week or spread them out over 12 months. Whatever works best for your needs.
Yes. We realize that working with clients can drag on so we made it possible for you to roll-over a portion of your unused Blocks.
You can roll-over up to 20% of your Blocks from your initial annual billing cycle. For example, if you bought 40 Blocks and only used 10, you can roll-over 8 Blocks (20% of the original 40…for up to another 3 months.)
Your bi-annual billing cycle begins the moment our team engages with your first project.
You may purchase Blocks in advance in anticipation of starting a new project. You can even enter the project brief into the system to prepare for when you’re ready to have us begin the work. Once ready to get started, you’ll just mark your project “in progress” and that will initiate our team to begin your project, thereby starting your billing cycle.
If you’re unsure how many Blocks you’ll need to complete your project, you can purchase a Scope Block ($30) to have one of our Lead Developers review your project and provide you with an estimate.
When you purchase a Scope Block, you’ll be asked to complete an intake form where we’ll request access to all aspects of the project in question. This may include, but is not limited to, the websites admin access as well as FTP access if of course the project is website related.
No. You may use your Blocks on multiple projects. There is no limit to the number of projects you can use them on. We want you to view our team as YOUR TEAM. Therefore we don’t want to restrict you on how you may use your Blocks.
Yes. In addition to being able to use them on multiple projects, you may also use them on multiple clients. There is no limit on the number of clients you use your Blocks on.
No. We don’t have a free trial period. However we do offer an 8 Block guarantee. If after using your first 8 blocks you believe our services aren’t a good fit for your needs, you may request a full refund.
We have an 8 Block guarantee. If you determine that our services are not a good fit for you, you can can request a full refund for up to your first 8 Blocks of service.
If you ordered more than 8 Blocks and asked for a refund within using your first 8, you’ll get a full refund on all of your unused Blocks as well.
